REFERRAL REWARDS POLICY

A referral reward of £5.00 is payable for an individual delegate booking a course priced between £85.00 and £124.99.

A referral reward of £10.00 is payable for an individual delegate booking a course priced at £125.00 or more.

Courses priced below £85.00 do not qualify for a referral reward.

This scheme applies only to individual delegates attending courses at our training venue, including eligible combined courses. It excludes group bookings, training delivered at client premises and online-only courses.

Recommend First Place Training to someone who is interested in attending an individual course at our venue.

Ask them to mention your full name when making their booking, or provide us with their name before they book via WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or email.

Once the referred delegate has paid for and completed their course at our venue, we will contact you to arrange payment of your referral reward.

Referral rewards are normally paid on the next working day after the referred delegate completes their course.

Payments are made by bank transfer directly to the person who made the referral.

Individuals who regularly make multiple referrals may contact First Place Training to agree a monthly payment date, allowing their referral rewards to be paid together rather than individually.

Payment is subject to confirmation of the referral and receipt of the necessary bank details.

The referred delegate must be a new customer who is not already registered in the First Place Training database.

The referral must be recorded before the new delegate's booking is confirmed.

Only one referral reward is payable per new delegate, including where the delegate books a combined course. Where more than one person refers the same delegate, the first valid referral recorded by First Place Training will take priority.

Self-referrals are not permitted.

Referral rewards are payable only after the referred delegate has paid for and attended the eligible course at our venue.

Cancelled bookings, non-attendance, unpaid courses and refunded bookings do not qualify for a referral reward.

Referral rewards are paid to the person making the referral and cannot be used as a discount against the referred delegate's course fee.

There is no limit to the number of eligible referrals an individual can make.

First Place Training reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the referral scheme at any time.

Any changes will apply to future referrals and will not affect valid referrals already accepted under the previous terms.

Share our e-business card or course information with anyone who may be interested in attending an individual course at our venue.

Referrals can be submitted through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or email.
