Course Details
- This course is 6 hours classroom learning time
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the course starts to register your details
- Running late – you will not be accepted on the course and no refund will be issued

Course Content
- This Level 3 Food Safety Training Course is designed for catering managers and supervisors to assist them grasp their key day-to-day duties, such as how to execute the fundamentals of a HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) food safety management system.
- The course covers food hygiene practises and legal duties, as well as controls that may be put in place to guarantee that the food handling process is as safe and sanitary as feasible.
- The course is available as a 100% online, blended or 100% classroom available nationally.
